Perform routine WIMAX CPE configuration procedures as prescribed for the Wimax Radio networks based on job orders.

Perform provisioning of both self install and professional install CPE for various clients.
Compile information on and report on the availability and status of subscriber access network in light of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and routine network monitoring.
To swiftly diagnose and clear any faults or alarms on subscriber units assigned by trouble ticket or ensure escalation within time period stipulated in OLAs to correct parties if unable to fix. To close or forward all trouble tickets promptly
Maintain a sound working relationship with other core network operations units and all associated parties within the company.
Implement approved firmware software changes as directed with change requests
Ensure maintenance and installation work on the AlvariSTAR undertaken meets Monacoms’ and alvarions specifications.
Ensure proper documentation of installations and configurations of CPE and NMS

This 6 month engagement is unpaid and clearly not for everyone. Our interns work from 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday each week and only get reimbursed for their costs at the end of each month.
In the past year, participants have spent their first 3 months working on daily duties and project assignments focused broadly on research and publications, recruitment, learning and development and marketing and sales of HR products and services. Their final 3 months expose them to a broader spectrum of HR work through involvement in HR Consulting engagements.
Our interns are given adequate support but they must be able to function with minimal supervision and possess an attitude that is willing to learn. Over the course of the programme, an interns performance is tracked and assessed in line with the following criteria; ability to learn quickly, capacity to exhibit independent thought, the use of initiative and the quality of work they are able to produce and regular feedback to aid improvement is provided all through the period of the programme.
On completion of our Internship, Peoplesource may be able to consider making the intern an offer of a permanent full time employment with our company. This depends largely on their performance during the 6 month programme. There are also opportunities to refer really exceptional interns to clients we work with for employment in HR roles.

Their promotion of this product would lead you to believe that this would be all you ever needed to succeed in the world of internet marketing. It only included different banners and a few pathetically small articles which could never be used in article directories, and it did not have any information as to how to use what was given. There I sat with my business in box with no idea whatsoever as to what to do with it. So, watch out.
One important tip for any beginner is to read as much as you can about internet marketing and then decide where to go from there. You must have some knowledge and skills in order to avoid the pitfalls. Internet search engines are a fantastic resource for searching the many business opportunities out there, so USE IT!
Search for the sites that offer information about internet marketing for newbies. You may have to subscribe to a site and give them your email; however, they claim that they will not send you any junk mail. Since there are so many different groups that offer tips for the beginner, it can be hard to decide on just one of them. Take note, too, that crude oil options are traded in barrels while heating oil futures and unleaded gas futures are traded in gallons.
How to Start Investing
You have to open an online futures trading account. Your eligibility for trading will still be assessed by the brokerage company in terms of net income, net worth, investment experience and ability to take and endure high risks for profit or loss. As such, it pays to be honest about your investment background for, indeed, investing in crude oil futures is a very risky endeavor. When your application is approved, you will then be required to deposit the minimum balance required in opening an account. When you have chosen the crude oil contracts you want to invest in, you must deposit the initial margin amount corresponding to said contracts. You need to be updated about this amount through your futures broker since it can fluctuate wildly within a short period of time.
